Welcome to Brown Sugar Surf Camp, Bali’s one and only surf camp & surf school located directly at the beach - a tranquil oasis from surfers for surfers. Our retreat is located in Medewi, an idyllic fishing village on Bali’s west coast, far away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta’s overcrowded surf spots.

Our Bali Surfcamp offers an amazing 180° seaview with swimming pool. Its the perfect place to surf on Bali, spent an awesome time and to make new friends. Everyone is welcome at Kamafari, beginner, advanced surfer or non surfer.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to surf? Well now is the time to live your dream and learn how to surf in Bali! We would love to teach you how to surf because it is our passion. All of our instructors are fully qualified life guards and hold Bronze Certificates. All ages are welcome, we can teach anyone to surf! It doesn't matter if you are beginner and want to surf for the first time or if you are advanced and want to learn some new techniques, we can assist you. We are conveniently located in front of the Le Meridien Bali in Jimbaran Bay, we provide free pick up from Jimbaran area. Our Bali surf camp is built into the cliffside and the villa features a delightful mix of Western and Javanese architecture. Of course, you can choose to stay in our shared dorms or treat yourself to a private suite. Relax on our terrace equipped with sofas and loungers and enjoy the perfect after-surf chill session. Likewise, take a dip in the infinity pool – the jewel of this location, overlooking both the rainforest and the Indian ocean.
